Intimate Encounters

A short course designed to refresh and encourage you in your marriage.  The short three week course runs every Autumn, in conjunction with the Shirley Family Support Centre.  The three, two-hour sessions cover:

  • Intimacy and need

  • Dealing with hurts

  • Communication and sex

Each evening consists of input interspersed with time to talk to each other constructively. There is no 'sharing' within the larger group, only with your partner. 

 

The course facilitators are Howard and Iona Jones (pictured), who have been involved with marriage preparation and enrichment for many years. Howard our pastor at Olton Baptist Church and Iona works for the BBC as a Diversity Advisor.
