May Sun 4 - Wait For It Jesus finished His 40 days of training by clearly instructing the disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit, the energising power behind their great commission. Sun 11 - The day the Spirit arrived Pentecost Sunday is as significant a day in history as Christmas and Easter. We look at the story in Acts 2 as God's 'dream church' was born Sun 18 - The Church that God made Today we take a bird's eye view of the Acts 2 church. Due to the church weekend away, we will be worshipping in two locations this Sunday. John and Wendy will be preaching and leading in Olton. Howard will be preaching and leading in Cleobury Mortimer Sun 25 - Jesus did it for us Remember where we started this year? Jesus had said, in effect, "Hang around, catch the live, live the live, change the world". This week we will review the amazing effectiveness of Jesus' way and see what He's saying to us at OBC.
